🏁 How Race Merch Planning Works

Every race event follows the same process here — artwork, production, and delivery — no matter when you reach out. Timing mainly affects how we schedule things, not the quality of the work.

Some teams start planning months ahead, others a lot closer to race week. Either way, we’ll look at your event date, what you’re thinking, and your goals, then walk through the best plan together.

We don’t cut corners. Timing never changes our standards — it just helps us map out the cleanest, most realistic path to get everything done right.

If you’re not sure where to start, that’s totally fine. Starting the conversation is the first step, and we’ll take it from there.

👕 What Teams Commonly Plan For

Merch needs look different for every team, but most race weekends include some combination of:

• Team & crew shirts

• Sponsor shirts

• Hoodies or long sleeves

• Hats or accessories

• Limited-run event merch

You don’t need all the answers up front — planning starts before decisions are final.
