Choose your bundle and complete checkout online. If artwork services are needed, select the appropriate artwork option before adding to cart.
2. Submit Your Artwork
After your order is placed, our team will contact you to collect artwork files, logos, colors, sizing information, and any additional project details.
3. We Produce & Ship
We'll prepare a digital proof for your review and approval before production begins.
Once approved, your order moves into production and is completed by our team in Madison, North Carolina.

How does the ordering process work?
Simply place your order online and provide your team information, logo, name, number, sponsors, or design files. Once we review everything, we’ll reach out if we need any additional information before production begins.
Do I need artwork already created?
No.
You can provide your own print-ready artwork, or we can help create artwork for your team. Artwork and design services are available as an additional service when needed.
Is artwork included with these packages?
The packages include customization of your provided artwork, logo, team name, and number.
If you need us to create a completely custom design from scratch, artwork services can be added separately.
Can I Mix Shirt Sizes?
Absolutely. Adult sizes can be mixed however you’d like within your package quantity.
Can I choose different garment colors?
Yes. Most packages allow you to choose from multiple garment colors. Availability varies by product and supplier.
Can I use my team colors?
Absolutely. We can customize the design, print colors, embroidery colors, and sublimated graphics to match your team’s branding.
Can I add sponsors?
Yes. Sponsors can be included on most apparel, hats, tumblers, and crew gear packages.
Can I order additional items beyond the package quantity?
Yes. The package quantities are simply starting points. We can increase quantities or add additional items at any time.
Can I reorder later?
Absolutely. Once your design is on file, reordering is quick and easy.
How long does production take?
Production times vary throughout the racing season.
Most orders ship within approximately 2–4 weeks after artwork approval and payment, though larger projects or peak-season demand may affect turnaround times.

Are these prices per item?
No.
All prices shown are package prices.
For example:
- Team Polo Pack = 6 polos
- Custom Racing Hats = 12 hats
- Team Apparel Starter Pack = 12 shirts
- Team Merch Combo Pack = 12 shirts + 12 hats
- Trackside Tumblers = 12 tumblers
- Pit Crew Performance Pack = 6 custom sublimated polos
What type of printing do you use?
We use the decoration method that best fits the product:
- Direct-to-Film (DTF)
- Direct-to-Garment (DTG)
- Embroidery
- Full Sublimation
- Screenprinting
The decoration method varies depending on the package selected.
Are the tumblers dishwasher safe?
Yes. Our tumblers feature a durable full-wrap sublimated design and are top-rack dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended for maximum longevity.
Can I sell merchandise to my fans?
Absolutely. Many race teams use these packages to build their team brand, reward sponsors, outfit crew members, or sell merchandise to fans.

Do you offer refunds or returns on custom products?
Because every item is custom-made specifically for your team, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or production error.
