Ordering & Custom Gear

How do I start a custom order?


Easy—just fill out our Start Your Custom Order form. We’ll create custom artwork, get your approval, then print & ship your gear.

Is there a minimum order?
  • Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing: No minimums—perfect for smaller runs or print-on-demand.
  • Embroidery: No minimums—ideal for hats, polos, and premium items.
  • Screen printing (full-color designs):Typically a 72-piece minimum for best pricing & quality.
Can you help with artwork?

Absolutely. We specialize in sponsor-ready designs that make your team look pro.

Shipping & Turnaround

How long does it take to get my order?

Driver merch typically ships in 5–7 business days. Custom team gear and bulk orders usually takes 2–4 weeks depending on order size.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times & rates vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. Occasionally, we run free shipping promos on specific collections (like special merch drops).

We use high-quality blanks like Gildan, Next Level, Richardson, and more—always tested to hold up on & off the track.

How do I wash my gear?

Turn inside out, wash cold, and tumble dry low for the longest life.
