Custom Sublimation Production Deposit

This production deposit is required to begin any custom sublimation order with Black Acid Apparel.

This deposit secures your place in our production schedule and covers artwork preparation, layout setup, mockups, color planning, and production planning specific to sublimated products.

Sublimation projects often involve custom sizing, layouts, and production considerations that differ from standard printed or embroidered apparel. Final garment types, quantities, materials, production methods, and total pricing are determined after artwork approval and order details are finalized. This deposit will be applied toward your final invoice.

All artwork created by Black Acid Apparel remains the exclusive property of Black Acid Apparel. Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, modified, or used outside of the agreed production without a separate purchase of design rights.

Production deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable once artwork, mockups, or production planning has begun. This payment does not represent the final cost of your order.
