Custom Print + Embroidery Production Deposit

This production deposit is required to begin custom projects that include both printed apparel and embroidery with Black Acid Apparel.

This deposit secures your place in our production schedule and covers design time, artwork preparation, mockups, digitizing setup, and production planning for projects that involve both print and embroidery processes.

Projects that include multiple production methods require additional coordination and planning. Final garment types, quantities, print and embroidery methods, stitch locations, and total pricing are determined after artwork approval and order details are finalized. This deposit will be applied toward your final invoice.

All artwork and embroidery digitizing created by Black Acid Apparel remains the exclusive property of Black Acid Apparel. Artwork and stitch files may not be reproduced, copied, shared, or used outside of the agreed production without a separate purchase of design rights or stitch file ownership.

Production deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable once artwork, digitizing, mockups, or production planning has begun. This payment does not represent the final cost of your order.
