Custom Embroidery Production Deposit

This production deposit is required to begin any custom embroidery order with Black Acid Apparel.

The deposit secures your place in our production schedule and covers digitizing setup, artwork preparation, placement planning, stitch testing, and production planning for your order.

Final garment types, quantities, stitch locations, and total pricing are determined after artwork approval and order details are finalized. This deposit will be applied toward your final invoice.

All artwork and embroidery digitizing created by Black Acid Apparel remains the exclusive property of Black Acid Apparel. Artwork and stitch files may not be reproduced, shared, or used outside of the agreed production without a separate purchase of design rights or stitch file ownership.

Production deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable once artwork, digitizing, or production work has begun. This payment does not represent the final cost of your order.
