Custom Firesuit Production Deposit

This production deposit is required to begin any custom firesuit project with Black Acid Apparel.

This deposit secures your place in our production schedule and covers artwork creation or preparation, firesuit layout planning, mockups, color mapping, and coordination required for custom firesuit production.

Firesuit projects are highly specialized and require additional planning, approvals, and production considerations. Final suit specifications, materials, sizing, branding placement, production method, and total pricing are determined after artwork approval and order details are finalized. This deposit will be applied toward your final invoice.

All artwork created by Black Acid Apparel remains the exclusive property of Black Acid Apparel. Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, modified, or used outside of the agreed firesuit production without a separate purchase of design rights.

Production deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable once artwork, mockups, or production planning has begun. This payment does not represent the final cost of your firesuit.
