Specialty & Miscellaneous Production Deposit

This production deposit is required to begin specialty or miscellaneous custom projects with Black Acid Apparel.

This deposit secures your place in our production schedule and covers project setup, artwork preparation, mockups, vendor coordination (if applicable), and production planning for specialty or non-standard items.

Specialty items may include (but are not limited to) printed marketing materials, hero cards, flyers, stickers, sublimated products, mixed production methods, or other custom items that fall outside of standard printed apparel or embroidery workflows.

Final item selections, quantities, production methods, and total pricing are determined after artwork approval and order details are finalized. This deposit will be applied toward your final invoice.

All artwork created by Black Acid Apparel remains the exclusive property of Black Acid Apparel. Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, modified, or used outside of the agreed production without a separate purchase of design rights.

Production deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable once artwork, mockups, or production planning has begun. This payment does not represent the final cost of your order.
