Custom Printed Apparel Production Deposit

This production deposit is required to begin any custom printed apparel order with Black Acid Apparel.

The deposit secures your place in our production schedule and covers design time, artwork preparation, mockups, and production planning for your order.

Final garment types, quantities, print methods, and total pricing are determined after artwork approval and order details are finalized. This deposit will be applied toward your final invoice.

All artwork created by Black Acid Apparel remains the exclusive property of Black Acid Apparel. Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, modified, or used outside of the agreed production without a separate purchase of design rights.

Production deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable once artwork or mockups have begun. This payment does not represent the final cost of your order.

This deposit applies to custom printed apparel orders of 25 pieces or more.
