Custom Firesuit Setup

Ready to create your custom firesuit? We’re excited to work with you on a suit that’s designed specifically for your needs. To begin, please select your options below and complete the checkout process. Once your order is submitted, a member of our team will contact you the next business day to gather your photos, sponsor logos, and any other design details you'd like included in your custom suit. We’ll also discuss lead times and help guide you through the process.

To ensure the perfect fit, please complete the Firesuit Setup Form and upload your photos here. Important: You’ll need to print our Measurement Chart PDF and take it to a professional tailor for precise measurements. Black Acid Apparel accepts no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate measurements, so please make sure to have a professional take the measurements to avoid any sizing issues.

The setup fee covers all costs for the custom design of your firesuit, including personalized embroidery and design features. Please note, this fee is non-refundable.

The setup fee is a one-time charge that covers the lifetime of your design. Your design will be securely kept on file for future reorders or custom requests, so when you’re ready for additional suits or special orders, we can proceed directly to production without any additional setup costs.

Please be aware that original design files will not be released with this option. If you wish to retain the rights to your design, please contact your sales representative for further details.
